- The client is the only person in charge of all the deteriorations, breakage, losses, robberies or thefts and accepts the material in good conditions and it is committed to give back it in the same conditions, being of his position any repair by flaw or damages produced by treatment or negligent use of the equipment.

- The client can not to disassemble neither to come off itself of the equipment nor its accessories.

- Tilt arritmico declines all responsibility in case of accident with relation to the rented equipment, by any cause.

- The client will compensate to Tilt arritmico for the disappearance or any damage to the equipment or its accessories.

-In lights and projectors rentals, the client will pay for the lamps crasheds.

-Tilt arrítmico, s.l. declines all responsibility about repercussions from malfunctions, bad use or unknowledge about the equipments.

- Tilt arritmico reserves the right to terminate the contract without previous warning by breach of anyone of these conditions, or if the renter were object of judicial cause, bankruptcy or liquidation, or by non-payments of present or other services.

- The prices do not includes insurance, delivery, transports, technicians, installations, services, advertisements or instructions about the materials.

- All the equipments not returned on time, will suppose the automatic charge at dayli rate until they has been returned.

- It is prohibited specifically to transport the material outside Majorca without a writed consent.

- All this prices not includes insurances.

- For becoming a rental client it is necessary to open a card of rent client, to fill up a form and to domicile the payments by bank.
