Use: in a single program/production.

Difussion: Limitless within the established time.

Exclusive: non-exclusive rights.

SALE FOR COMMERCIALS / PUBLICITY

Conditions:

Finality: Images for commercials, publicity or selling videos.

Where: Spain.

Media: Any kind of audiovisual diffussion: cinema, TV, antenna, cable, satelit, internet, VHS, DVD or any other system can be or become.

Time: 2 years.

Use: in a single version.

Difussion: Limitless within the established time.

Exclusive: non-exclusive rights.

Prices:

CONDITIONS:

- To all these prices will be added the IVA (16%)

- For the special series, to consult the price.

- The selection, dubbing, tapes and transports are not includes in these prices.

- The client will contribute with a DVD copy of the finished program and a certificate while he only uses those images in a program or production and its own promotions.

- The owner of the rights reserves the option to creditice his work.

- After one first selection a copy with TC in screen will be given so that the client can do the off-line, once the client knows exactly what will use, will give the final copy to him of those planes.

- Of the first copy with TC that is given it will invoice a 5% of the given total time for advance. When giving the final images will invoice and the advanced invoice will be discount.

- All the planes in high quality and without TC that are given will be invoiced.

- In the sale for programs, the times between minutes will be counted by started fractions of 15", each one 1/4 of the price of minute of their section.

- In any case, the minimum invoicing will be the advanced invoice or 1 minute by series (of which there were planes) in the sale for programs and of 1 plane in the sale for publicity.

- All the invoices of rights will be paid in advance.
